950 Platinum

What this means is you are buying the highest percentage(95%) of platinum available in a quality platinum wedding band. An alloy, in this case ruthenium is added is for hardness and durability. Avoid anything called Karat Platinum. Legally the word Platinum can only be used for 90% or higher purity with a stamp showing 900 PT or if 95% pure the word Platinum can be used alone or variations such as PT, PLAT, 950 PT etc. This 'cheap' mix adds the word Karat to get around this distinction.It is more alloy than platinum and not a good value. You will see this at several chain and 'club' stores.Of course a Makers Mark is required along side the purity stamp to be legal, no matter what metal purity is being used.

My platinum comfort fit wedding bands come in several weights. Light, Regular and Heavy. The weight and thickness is listed for every individual size. Never buy a wedding band without both the weight and thickness information as this is what establishes the rings value. My light weight could be the same as another sites regular weight. Stores not disclosing the weight and thickness are usually hiding something from you. I usually suggest the light for smaller hands. This weight is what most retail stores stock. My choice for men is the regular weight because it offers a solid feel and more defined dome and rounded inner edge.

I use Paypal for payment processing. You don't need an account as they process all major credit/debit cards without having an account. The transaction is done on Paypal secure servers without disclosing card information to the seller. I can also use Google if you just don't like Paypal.
